Digital Products
All digital sheet music purchases are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital downloads, once the files have been accessed or downloaded, they cannot be returned or refunded.
Exceptions:
- If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing your purchase, please contact us at info@playcellomusic.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.
- Accidental duplicate purchases may qualify for a refund upon review.
Physical Products
Returns for physical products are accepted under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
- The product is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
Return Process:
- Please email us at info@playcellomusic.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was received.
Refunds for physical products will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
